The 60-Day Feel the Difference Guarantee

Use your Pyrava device every day for 60 days. If you don't notice a meaningful difference in how your joints feel and move, contact us for a full refund. No lengthy forms. No interrogation. No games.

Return shipping on guarantee claims is fully covered by Pyrava. It costs you nothing to claim.
We offer this because the science works — not because we're hoping you forget to ask.

The 1-Year Device Guarantee

Every Pyrava device is covered against manufacturing defects, LED failure, and battery malfunction for 12 months from the date of delivery. If your device fails due to a manufacturing fault within one year, we replace it at no cost to you.

Covers manufacturing defects only. Does not cover physical damage from misuse or normal wear and tear.


Change of Mind Returns

Changed your mind before completing the 60-day protocol? We get it.

Please note: Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Pyrava cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.

To start a return, email info@pyrava.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be processed.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified within 2 business days. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

If 10 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at info@pyrava.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@pyrava.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. We will replace or fully refund — return shipping covered by Pyrava, no return required in most cases.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior authorisation

  • Items physically damaged by the customer

  • Items outside the 30-day change of mind window — 60-day guarantee claims are handled separately
